The KPA fairs offer valuable insights into plastics processing, beyond the exhibits themselves. Our competence partners will present a programme of specialist lectures tailored to the needs of trade visitors at the heart of the trade fair, providing invaluable support as multipliers.
SKZ – Das Kunststoff-Zentrum
Kunststoff-Zentrum (SKZ) has been a leading institute in the plastics industry since 1961. As the largest plastics institute in Europe, it offers comprehensive services in product testing, damage assessment, research and development as well as training and further education. The SKZ is part of the ZUSE community, and the supporting organisation FSKZ e.V. with over 400 members from the plastics industry forms its foundation.
Kunststoff-Institut Südwest
Kunststoff Institut Südwest has been a reliable partner in the field of plastics processing for over 30 years. With over 100 experts based at the sites in Lüdenscheid and Villingen-Schwenningen, the institute offers a comprehensive range of services, including material selection, research, component testing and process engineering advice on site. Its expertise spans damage analysis, sustainable materials and the coating of injection moulds.
Kunststoff-Netzwerk Franken
Kunststoff-Netzwerk Franken is a business-to-business exchange platform for the plastics industry. It facilitates the exchange of expertise and the establishment of networks with the objective of strengthening the competitiveness of companies. In working groups and specialist events, innovative solutions are developed through cooperation between plastics processors, mould makers and suppliers.
Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V - Region Ulm-Alb
Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V. (BME) was established in 1954 and is a professional association for purchasing, supply chain and logistics managers with 9,750 members. The BME region Ulm-Alb offers over 200 members a network and further training opportunities through the academy, as well as an annual programme of events and company visits.
Institut für Kunststoff- und Entwicklungstechnik – IKET
Institut für Kunststoff- und Entwicklungstechnik (IKET) at the DHBW Stuttgart Campus Horb has been facilitating the transfer of knowledge and technology for over 25 years, with a particular focus on medium-sized companies and start-ups in the field of plastics technology. Its areas of expertise include consulting, services, plastics testing and seminars. IKET is the organiser of the Horber Tool Day and the Additive Manufacturing Day.
INNONET Kunststoff
INNONET Kunststoff is a regional business network that strengthens companies in the field of high-performance plastics through expertise and a network of cooperation partners. INNONET Kunststoff promotes trade fair appearances, workshops and events, as well as effective publicity marketing. INNONET Kunststoff also lobbies, promotes young talent and builds relationships with politicians and associations. It supports SMEs in developing research capacities and promotes cooperation between research and industry.
TecPart e.V. - Verband Technische Kunststoff-Produkte e.V.
TecPart represents the interests of manufacturers of technical plastic products in public, political and national and European committee contexts. Its members are experts in plastics processing methods, including compounding, recycling, injection moulding technology and additive manufacturing. They develop and produce plastic parts and moulds for industries such as automotive, electronics, mechanical engineering and medical technology. TecPart is committed to a future-oriented growth industry.
VDID - Verband Deutscher Industrie Designer e.V.
VDID is an important platform for female industrial designers, promoting a lively exchange and cooperation. It brings together the diverse skills and experience of its members, supports collegial exchange at regional and national level and works closely with government ministries. The association offers guidance, highlights the impact of design and promotes the individual and general development of female industrial designers through advice, coaching and a strong network.
